Amazon Route 53 health checkers, which probe customer-configured endpoints from AWS data centers worldwide to drive DNS failover. AWS publishes the checker source ranges only inside the general ip-ranges.amazonaws.com feed, tagged with the ROUTE53_HEALTHCHECKS service, which this directory's feed formats cannot filter on, so the ranges are recorded here as a snapshot instead. AWS documents that it rarely changes them.
